Publicity & Promotion

Exclusive Events & Education

- Sponsor and/or attend our Lunch & Learn series — hybrid events featuring industry insights, government updates, real estate trends, and expert speakers. Available to Silver members and above; Bronze members may be invited on occasion.
Hilltop Event Center Discount
- Receive up to 50% off rental of Hilltop Event Center — perfect for hosting workshops, client appreciation events, team meetings, or networking mixers. Available to all Allied members.
Membership Details
- Annual membership runs on a calendar-year basis. Dues must be paid in full by January to enjoy full benefits for the year.
- Membership is open year-round and prorated by month when joining mid-year.
- Additional team members can be added for $50 per person (not prorated).
- Allied Memberships are not available to active real estate agents or appraisers.
Optional Add-Ons
- LOTSAR REALTOR® Email List — $250 (available to all tiers; included with Silver and above)
- Trade Show Booth — pricing TBD
- Additional firm members — $50 each (up to 5 for Bronze; unlimited for Silver, Gold, and Platinum)
