Allied  Membership Program

MISSION

 To promote and foster relationships between Allied and REALTOR® members.

 BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

NETWORKING

Allied Members are invited to network with LOTSAR’s 2000+ REALTOR® members at membership meetings, educational programs, social events, and community service events.  Examples of events include:

Community Events:  LOTSAR participates in a variety of community events, including Red Cross blood drives, coat drives for the Asheville-Buncombe Community Christian Ministry, a Habitat for Humanity house and others.

Committee Meetings: Volunteer committees are the lifeblood of the association. Allied members are encouraged

to serve on LOTSAR committees, enabling them to take part in the decision-making process regarding operations,  activities and is a great way to network for your business.

News You Can Use:  Monthly educational offering instructed by various professionals.  Items covered could include updates from local or county government officials, information on home inspections, updates on roads and highways, changes in banking and loans, etc.

PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION

Upon request, Allied members (other than the Bronze Membership) are provided LOTSAR’s REALTOR® members’ email addresses.

Allied Members are promoted on LOTSARS’s website (lotsar.org) and through various additional channels, depending upon the level of membership.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For all sponsorship levels, only one primary contact will be listed and promoted. Other contact names can be listed in another area of the web information.  Only the organization’s name/logo will be included in signage and ads. The primary contact will also be added to LOTSAR’s distribution lists and will be given access to LOTSAR’s membership Additional members of an Allied organization can be added at a charge of $50.00 per person. If additional members of the Allied organization wish to be recognized in ads and promotional signage, full Allied membership is required.

Allied memberships are available for the calendar year only.  Allied Membership dues should be paid in full by the end of January to ensure access to all events and benefits.   Organizations are welcome to join as Allied members at any time throughout the year, but rates will be constant.

Allied Memberships cannot be held by active real estate agents or appraisers.
