Nicolette Baglio is a REALTOR® with Mills Coin & Co. Real Estate Group (of Howard Hanna Beverly- Hanks) who is passionate about serving her clients, our community, and the real estate profession. She currently serves on LOTSAR’s Legislative Committee and is the State Political Coordinator to Senator Julie Mayfield, advocating for local and state policies that strengthen housing opportunities and the built environment. Nicolette also serves as Co-Chair of the Parade of Homes Committee with the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is a member of the Board of Directors for Green Built Alliance. Her background in sustainability, policy advocacy, and community partnerships gives her a collaborative perspective and a strong commitment to thoughtful leadership.
