The Asheville Housing Fair returns on Saturday, November 7 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at LOTSAR — a free community event connecting residents with the resources they need to navigate housing in Western North Carolina.
Local businesses, nonprofits, and government representatives will be on hand to answer questions about:
- First-time homebuyer programs
- Renter’s rights
- Landlord resources
- Home repair assistance
- Affordable housing options
Free lunch will be provided while supplies last, and door prizes will be available throughout the event. Attendees can also pick up a copy of our updated Affordable Housing Resource Guide — more listings, easier to read.
The fair is co-presented by the LOTSAR Affordable Housing Committee.
📅 Saturday, November 7 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
