Derrick Erb is the co-owner and broker-in-charge of DRG Homes & Land, a real estate firm serving Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina counties. A recipient of the C2EX, ABR, and MRP designations, Derrick combines hands-on brokerage management experience with a deep commitment to community, most notably as one of the active leaders of LOTSAR’s Disaster Relief Committee following Hurricane Helene, where he helped coordinate relief efforts for REALTORS® and homeowners across Western North Carolina. His day-to-day work managing both the operations of an independent brokerage and active client transactions gives him a practical, agent-level understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local REALTORS®. Derrick is honored to serve on the LOTSAR Board of Directors and hopes to bring an owner-operator’s perspective, grounded in both business operations and community service, to the association’s work advocating for the long-term health of the real estate profession in Western North Carolina.
