Bonnie Gilbert was born and raised in Appalachia and has called Asheville home since 2005. Her passion for real estate began with the purchase of her first home at age 23 and turned into a career in 2006. Over the past two decades she has worked with buyers and sellers across all stages of the real estate journey, bringing a detail-oriented, client-first approach to every transaction. Within LOTSAR, Bonnie has been an active contributor for several years — serving as Co-Chair of the Community Engagement & Cultural Inclusion Committee, coordinating fundraisers and blood drives, and supporting the Good Neighbor Awards program.
