Lynn Hathcock

Lynn Hathcock is a dedicated real estate professional with 18 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Western North Carolina. A longtime Asheville resident of 26 years, she is currently affiliated with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and holds the REALTOR®, SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing SpecialistTM designations.
An active leader within the REALTOR® community, Lynn is deeply committed to advancing professionalism, ethical standards, and member engagement. She serves on the Grievance Committee for the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and the Professional Standards Committee for NC REALTORS®, where she helps uphold the integrity of the real estate profession. She is also an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, demonstrating her commitment to leadership development and industry collaboration.
Lynn’s leadership extends beyond organized real estate. She serves on the Board of Asheville Community Theatre, volunteers regularly with Manna FoodBank, and is an active member of the Episcopal Church Women at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, supporting charitable initiatives throughout the year. She also serves on her community HOA Board and Architectural Review Committee, bringing valuable governance and decision-making experience to each role.
Prior to her real estate career, Lynn spent 15 years in the insurance claims industry, where she developed strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, risk assessment, and client advocacy—expertise that continues to benefit her clients and colleagues today.
Passionate about giving back to the profession, Lynn enjoys mentoring new agents and fostering a collaborative, ethical real estate community. Her combination of industry knowledge, volunteer leadership, governance experience, and dedication to service makes her a strong advocate for REALTORS® and the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys golfing with her husband, Ronald, hiking the mountains of Western North Carolina, and spending time with their two dogs, Emma and Esther.
