The town of Woodfin is considering severely curtailing the right to short-term rent. A hearing and vote on this issue will be held at 5 pm on November 15th.
Town Commissioners need to hear from Realtors, owners, managers, local businesses, investors and retirees who depend on this income for their retirement.
Please contact the Town Commissioners and voice your concerns about hastily adopting a restrictive ordinance without sufficient community input.
Also, please plan to attend the Town Commissioner’s meeting on the 15th. Arrive by 4:45 pm to sign up for public comment.
