Hurricane Helene left a lasting mark on Western North Carolina. Jobs disappeared, savings were wiped out, and many families are still struggling to keep up with basic housing costs.
As the oldest REALTOR® association in North Carolina, we know how vital stable housing is. That’s why we’ve partnered with Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church on the Grace in Action Fund, which has already provided $5.5 million in rent, mortgage, and utility assistance across 12 counties.

On Tuesday, October 7, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., we’ll gather at the Hilltop Event Center (21 Restaurant Court, Asheville) for Housing Hope: A Night of Jazz & Gratitude. With hors d’oeuvres, festive drinks, and live music, we will celebrate the community spirit that sustains families rebuilding after Hurricane Helene.
