IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT YOUR BOARD DUES
The Invoice for your 2018 REALTOR Renewal dues for Local, State and National is on your account now. This Invoice is due and payable by December 31, 2017 for the full amount shown above. There is no split of board dues this year, therefore the full amount is due by 12/31/17.
If the above is not paid by 12/31/17, a $100.00 late fee will be added to your account. If payment with the late fee is not made by January 31, 2018, you will have to rejoin at $1150.00.
You may pay your bill with a credit card online at www.lotsar.org, or by phone at 828.255.8505. If you choose to pay with a check, a $15.00 check processing fee will be charged to your account also.

Please note: LOTSAR dues payments are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes. However, these payments might be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your business tax advisor with questions. Both the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and NC REALTORS® dues contain an amount for lobbying that is not deductible for income tax purposes. In 2018 this amount for NAR is $52 (43%) and NCAR is $23 (14%).

Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. Suggested amounts are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Your contribution is split between National RPAC and the State PAC in your state. NC RPAC supports the efforts of National RPAC and contributes a portion of its contributions to National RPAC.
